I purchased all the updates and expansions on steam PlayStation and Xbox, all independently so that I could have cross play wherever I went. I travel for work full-time. This game is the one thing I make sure to take with me wherever I go and wherever I am in the world. When the world seems like too much this game is provided in escape and solace like nothing else and this community is like nothing else. I would be so grateful if you were willing to help me continue this journey as I’ve been a dedicated player and login almost every single day no matter what to check in on my loot the latest wares from Banshee-44, and always look forward to the Aztecross youtube video sharing the new exciting updates to come. I’ve been a dedicated member of this community for more than 10 years from Destiny 1 days. Please, if you could be so kind, help me on this journey, recover what I have lost. I would be so grateful and I want maintain committed to this game that I love so much.

Unfortunately, this is their policy and they do not make exceptions to it. What has been deleted cannot be recovered. If you wish to continue your Destiny 2 journey you would need to start new characters. Good news is your collections and triumphs remain intact so not a total restart.
