Echos Act 1: A rising chorus not given by failsafe
I finished the first part of echoes act 1 and went to talk to failsafe and claimed my engram. However, once I claimed my engram there was nothing else given to me. There was no quest after it like there’s supposed to be and I’ve checked my archived quest and it’s not there. It seems that it just disappeared on me as when I restart my app it still doesn’t appear. The triumph is completed and my other characters still have there quest.

That is why the actual questline has not been offered. Which version of the Final Shape do you own? I notice you have the dungeon key, but no episodes, which is unusual as even the standard version comes with one pass. If you think you should own a pass, did you buy The Final Shape on this same account, or on a different purchasing account on the same console?
