Barricade will only block your own shots, won't provide any protection if you use rally. Sunspots are a kill trigger unless you have lorely splendor and with the nerf to restoration x1 won't be enough healing. Knockout is another kill trigger that requires a melee kill. Overshields aren't getting procced without barricade or if you use unbreakable which then stops you from doing damage.

Pair that with an areas denial frame and a rocket or GL and you’re cooking. Knockout id agree but this dungeon is an exception which is why I listed it, with consecration you can one shot the clones. Making easy orbs and proccing knockout. Devour can be procced once and last throughout the entire damage phase. One kill yes is a kill trigger but it’s more reliable than anything hunters have.

Admittedly i forgot about fighting lion. Personally i don't think devour is good for this fight, but that is my own opinion.

Usually combination blow + liars is enough, I used it for duality and grasp. But the problem is that there is no way to keep your stacks before damage, and it’s impractical to try and build it on clones especially with the lightning strikes. The reason why healing grenade isn’t enough is because that’s a one time use, warlocks and titans get healing grenade AND their own stuff. Roaring flames + sun spots makes taking out the clones feasible especially when throwing hammer heals you on pick up. Buried bloodline while a good weapon just isn’t good for this fight. Because nova is a great option for this fight the seekers take out clones you don’t even have to think about it while with buried bloodline you have to actively think about it. That and buried bloodline again is available on every class
