Cannot use cross save
Hi !
Try to contact BungieHelp on X but ... well you know ...
So my problem is, 3 days ago I disable cross save cause I wanted to delete my PSN account from my Bungie Account (I'm playing on PC).
Dumb as I am, I forgot that characters I use on PC are the characters created on PS4. So I would turn on the cross again and now I must wait 90 days ?
Yeah yeah they are a link who they talk about this restrict (a link in an other link, in an other link ...) but why Bungie did you not put a pop-up with disclaimer like "Be careful, if you turn off cross save, you will not be available to turn on again until 90 days" ?
So now I can't play all this season, I can't go to the new dungeon because I didn't read one ask/answer link ?
And by the way, you clearly stop me to play to content I paid for with the deluxe edition of The Final Shape.
So, unlock my account or refund the part of the lost please (if an admin or a technical support read this but I've lost hope ...)

2 답변Hello there[url=https://media.giphy.com/media/KOVlHmbBA09XO/giphy.gif],[/url] Unfortunately, for security reasons, if players disabled their Cross Save for any reason they will have to wait out the 90-day lockout before they can enable Cross Save again. There are no exceptions to this policy.

You mention the info being hidden in a link to a link, however this is not true, the message, "If you deactivate, you cannot re-activate for 90 days" is present on every page during deactivation. Refunds will have to be handled by the platform you purchased from.
