Twice pinnacle reward not received (pathfinder AND dungeon, see video below)
Got a capture of pathfinder failing to reward third pinnacle, ALSO I did the weekly dungeon immediately after and got no pinnacle gear upon completion. I didn't get a capture of that because my inventory was full so I figured it went to post master but it didn't. Looks like I'll be taking a break from D2 until they fix some issues.... including my ALL TIME FAVORITE WEAPON REVISION ZERO WHICH IS STILL BROKEN
