So I've had this issue since Icefall Mantles were released. All animated/colorful emote's vfx are disabled while wearing them. Can't see elemental sources on screen or if I do see them, they are flickering in and out. I've gone through 3 different GPUs and 4 different CPUs (both AMD and Intel). Does anyone else have this issue? It is literally making those exotics unplayable for me. It also sea to bug other people's visuals as well, when I'm near them.
