When Icefall Mantle is equipped, the frost effects it makes "compete" with other visuals to load in. The video shows it messing with my sparrow's thrusters and emote effects. It affects more things such as scorch cannon projectiles and other important visuals. The video is from when I reported this a while ago, but the issue is still here. I'm reposting because with the recent rework, more people are gonna be using it and affected by this
