have annual pass, echo seasonal rewards not available
title says it. I just purchse the annual pass with TFS on steam. I cannot access the seasonal rewards for echos.

4 답변Hey there. It looks like you bought it on Steam first, tying the passes to your Steam profile, and then set up cross-save with PSN as the Active account. This has caused your Steam profile, with the passes, to become dormant and inaccessible. Passes do not duplicate across to other accounts, setting up cross-save first would have applied the passes to your PSN characters instead.
