Lack of feedback
I played Destiny 2 all day today. Had dinner and launched the game half an hour later. And... Ban.
I'm an old man. I play only for fun. I've never used cheats in my life, it's humiliating. The worst thing is that no one can explain the reason for the ban to me! How can this be?! I was simply kicked out of the game without explanation. This is bad customer service on the part of the bungie. It's unfair to do so. The reason must be stated first. Otherwise, it's lawlessness and fraud.
Has anyone ever encountered such unacceptable behavior from a company? Is it possible to sue for this?
