I had the parental contorls icon on my screen so i thought no biggie ill ask my dad to set it up and it will be funny and he did but it didnt work. So I have corrected my data on my account so that I am my actual age (being a 46 year old Australian man) before my account thought I was under the age restrictions. But I still have the parental controls icon above my character select screen and I can't access text or voice chat. When I scan the qr code it takes me to a page that asks me to get my "child" to send a request to me and I can't even send a request to my dad who also plays with me but we haven't been playing at all because I can't talk or hear anyone talk in game. Please help what do I need to do to fix this?
