Seriously, think of this as you're sitting in a conference room with Bungie staff and the goal is to brainstorm ideas of keeping folks from the causal to the hardcore and especially new ones engaged in playing. The game has had its highs and lows throughout the years but is still a good game overall and is why we are here. There are no bad ideas and be respectful if you disagree with a suggestion. I just want it to continue for years to come and the way to do that is people logging in and playing.

Less number shifting and more content. By this I mean stop changing values on database items to change the game Actually create missions and content to play with the guns we already have and will earn. Its that simple. Content, not number shifts. Onc eyou have that, then you need to engage with the players base, especially new players and give them a clue as to WTF they are suposed to do in the game and when. Yes, you might even need to hold their hands. They arn't 10 year vets and clearly started late or are returning after a break. Don't leave engagement to streamers and content creators. Do this yourself, ingame and out. with your own streams. guides ingame and out so new and returning players have a clue as to where to start.

3 답변Our New Light experience should be improved. Simpler quests that show you the basics of what to do and not just where to find things. Also, armor needs to have better reasons to wear them. Finding the right stats is important. It would be nice if we could get armor pieces that felt more involved, more reasons than it having okay or great stats. And another Two Tailed ornament.

1. The direction they have outlined for Frontiers seems like a good start. More of a choose your own adventure style for the story seems good. Along with scaling rewards based on difficulty. Having the story not being time-gated will be nice. 2. Being able to skip (for free) story/ seasonal content on alternative characters would be nice. That way if there is a seasonal/ story quest I want to do, I can play it with any of my characters. 3. New Light experience needed to be easier and more helpful. Make it so all Light 3.0 abilities are unlocked once you got to the Tower. 4. Main and side story quests/ and or seasonal quests need to reworked. We should have to go “talk/ visit “ NPC for 1/2 to 3/4 of the steps. Moreover, cut out the back, to back to back visits, especially the sequence of: Talk to NPC in person, now go to a radio and listen to their message, then go to a projector to see another message…FROM THE SAME NPC we just talked to in person !!! 5. Continue to make content playable solo, along with match making options as well. 6. Stop making seasonal/ storyline missions linked and blocked by exotic missions. If you want to introduce the exotic missions because of, or during/ after the story mission, that’s fine. Players shouldn’t have to run the exotic quest once, let alone multiple times in order to just complete the story quest-line. Keep exotic missions as standalone options. 7. Make abilities scale. If we have to continue to update our power, then we also need the tradeoff of having us be more powerful. 8. Revert the orbs of power update. A few years ago, there were 3-4 different ways to build-craft. Those got taken out, and armor mods changed, so now there’s only orbs of power builds. It has become a simpler system, but also one that is less diverse.

Innovate. Make new content. Recycle fewer guns. Give us more story than who is banging who and how they’re sad the next three months. Remember when the game was about space gods and dark, paracausal powers and things were a mystery? More of that, less of the personal lives of the NPCs. Make the player the main character again.

2 답변I mean this legit… Destiny as the OG has been dead since Forsaken. Bungie inadvertently almost killed it in Curse but revamped after. The moment they left Activision and started complaining they creating new and interesting content was “ hard “. It ceased to be the Destiny that drew in so many players. They only care about retaining hours with minimal cost now. 0 risk, 0 outside the box.

작성자: Yosemite Sam 9/26/2024 9:58:20 PMRetire and let an actual developer work on the game. All jokes aside, that wasn't really a joke. IMO what needs to be done is impossible for this developer to do. Case and point, and this is only one of the many things that needs to take place. They don't know after a decade how to design a progression system, one of the most important things in a game like this that needed to happen years ago. This ever-lasting change has caused way too many issues.

Add some positive modifiers to random core activities every week and let people go ham. Take some of the overpriced crap out the store and add it to the loot pool where it should be anyway. Add better descripters to gear mods like a % value and if some stack? add a glow border to show they do. I don't think theres an easy way to fix the damage done by the DCV, maybe add back the Red war campaign, atleast it was fairly coherent. Add some of the most popular exotics to specific content as a possible drop for targetted farming, like strikes or NF. None of this is new and like every other suggestion it will fall on deaf ears.

2 답변Hot take but game needs a rework. They've blamed their engine several times over from sunsetting to why they couldn't add more vault space. If they cant upgrade the engine in destiny 2 then they need to make 3 to unshackle their self. Remember when you could glitch 20+ into garden of salvation? Could you imagine if raids were a base 12 man and masters being 6 man. What about 100+ people on a planet vs the what 12 we got now? How much more epic could they make pub events. Sorry but the games geriatric. Its had a good run but its time to old yeller it.start fresh with an engine that can support more people and the ability spame that would incur. -blam!- could you imagine the tower actually being a social hub with thousands of players? Player housing with trophies from seals you collected you could display. Tldr: go big or go away. Time to upgrade the engine and stop polishing a turd.

1 답변The New Player Experience needs to be improved beyond a couple missions and a strike in the Cosmodrome and a brisk jog through the tower before being bombarded with quests. If this game needs anything it is new blood, long time players are leaving in droves and Bungie seems to only care about the top end of the game; making content more "challenging" and longer in a misguided attempt to try and keep players around which is backfiring. Focusing on retaining new players by making base level content simple and understandable, both in story and mechanics, will help to prevent confusion and frustration. Forcing players to grind out their subclass fragments and aspects is horrible to ask of them, tossing wave upon wave of unconnected questlines at them will just overload their senses and they will more often than not just turn off the game forever. Give them a concise and playable way to learn the game along with the story, in a manner to how Timeline Reflections work. Start at the Red War with about 3-5 missions, a couple from Osiris, some Warmind, and so on. Interconnect them so it makes sense and a feeling of progression. Drop solid loot in their path, not just basic Exotics they can pick up from Xur. Explain how buildcrafting works with proper examples of how subclass verbs work together with weapon perks. Hopefully this makes sense.

if the idea is right now how to get people back and playing this is what I would do as the cheapest band-aid solution: you add a weekly limited time weapon or thing to chase from a specific activity every week and you fortify everything surrounding that ex: Bygones/Kindled Orchid/Superblack Shader/special double-perk or shiny..etc event: Gambit/Blind Well..etc fortify: you increase drops by 3-5x for that activiity, you make sure there are rolls to chase, can be a big perk pool its gone after 1 week... and you are releasing the next one.. …and you need to fortify because the economy and reasons to play are so low.. you need to ensure there are other good things to acquire at the same time from said event.. in case people don’t end up with the rolls they want or want to chase that thing.. FORTIFY. And/or you can do this all by changing the loot pool of Onslaught.. new maps there and enemy types I will end this again by saying if you just release the "thing" to chase it will not be enough.. enhance and fortify the thing and activity -
