I did not receive a name change token when my name was changed with all others
My Destiny name has been my xboxlive account name since Destiny was first released. My name was changed with the mass change others experienced. I have not received a name change token that will allow me to change my name back.

When trying to change your name, if you see the red text that says you can only change your name once, it means you have a name change token available.
However, we're seeing a rise in reports about issues with changing names after the fix and are currently investigating.
