Upon initial completion with one character the [b]Lost in Light[/b]/[b]Found in Dark[/b] Quests are replaced by the [b]Home[/b], [b]Hollow[/b] and [b]Queens[/b] Adventures, each of which are split into two parts and can be accessed by their respective flags in the Lost City hub in the Pale Heart. Simply load into the Lost City as your Titan and it should be easy to locate all six Adventures and determine which still offer Prismatic Ability unlocks upon completion (an icon will be displayed below the Adventure title while standing next to the flag).
