Hello, I have a Zaouli's Bane (Harrowed) that is enhanced to level 3, but my perks are not intrinsic for some reason. I have attached some pictures. The orange hand cannon is my friend's, who has his intrinsic perks, and the other images are my hand cannon, which you can see is tier 3 but not intrinsic. Thanks.
