Unknown Cross-save
Hello!
I have a really strange problem. I played Destiny 2 and my original platform is Playstation.
I DO NOT play my Destiny more when year already. But a view days ago I found active Xbox cross-save on my Bungie account. I never have Xbox in my life, I do not activate this cross-save; and I also do not know how this player can link his Xbox account with my Bungie account?( last message from bungie on my email is 24.02/2023)
I cannot deactivate this Xbox cross-save connection from my BungieNet account.
This is not my account! I don't know login and password of this!
There must be some mistake.
I'm already contacted Xbox support, but it said they couldn't help: "Only Bungie would be able to sort this out"
So I'm a little shocked. I don't want a random dude playing my Destiny. And I do not know how he was even able to access to my BungieNet with his Xbox.

Hi there, You will need to reach out to Microsoft to gain access to the Xbox account in order to deactivate it. Unfortunately, we're unable to remove linked accounts on our end. If you're unable to access the account, it will not be possible to deactivate the link.

3 답변Bungie can’t help. Only the account holders can remove the account. So either you added it without knowing, or they got your account login details to add it to your account.
