More often than not when I spawn into Overthrow it is after a group has finished an Overthrow and are still in the instance with no intention of running another Overthrow. Sometimes when I spawn into a fresh Overthrow with a fresh timer I can see another player way off in the distance who must be from the previous instance and just started playing the game or is just roaming around, farming with no intention of coming back to the newly started Overthrow? I wish here was a way to kick everyone to orbit after the round three boss was defeated.
