Its a grey area, they aren't restricting/banning for it as of their last update they could at any moment change their stance and start issuing bans. It's up to you whether or not you risk your account with the chance you may miss them telling people they're now restricting/banning for it, or if they just start throwing out restrictions/bans for it without warning.
