Can't decrypt engram at vendor message for bright engrams
I've seen this message on all platforms I play since The Final Shape and in the last season of Lightfall when I enabled Cross-Save. I contacted Bungie using the Eververse/Silver missing items page but received a reply that it doesn't concern them. What is the resolution for this message in the title?

If that message appears on the Eververse page, you may have a different engram in your inventory that would need to be decrypted at the Cryptarch, so be sure to stop by there as well.
