Shiver strike is jankier than knockout pre-nerf
To counter. Worse than Synthos and Ophidians pre-nerf.
Reduce speed or possible distance traveled.
Or increase their hitbox substantially while they superman travel.
You just have to hope they make a mistake or pre-fire a target that isn't on your screen yet.

Similar to regular shoulder charge add a small window before another melee can be performed (Rn it's about 0.5 before you can shoot but no cooldown before another melee) but in return 50% melee buff in pve and in pve increase 50 slow to 100 for a freeze. Pvp remains unchanged.

But to counter - as someone who has used it a lot this season - even though it can be strong, it’s a very high-risk ability. 1. It often puts the Titan in bad positions 2. It’s a physical melee so you are at the mercy of internet connections 3. It whiffs often…which eats the whole charge 4. Shotguns defeat it Imo it plays similarly to og 1-shot shoulder charge - it beats up on lower skill players but higher skill players tend to outplay it. Not trying to imply you’re bad or anything, just based on my experience that seems to be how it goes. If they remove the ability to melee right after it (they did this to Ballistic Slam) it should ease a lot of frustration around it. Even then though, it’s kinda a dice roll on whether the follow up melee even works or not.
