i bought the new solstice armor in the first day. i apply it and find out the leg doesn't shine but when i preveiw it in store it does. i thought because i did not unlock the normal armor it will not shine so i completed the quest got the unkindeld and kindeld version of the leg armor. when i apply the leg piece onament on any armor it doesn't shine but when i apply it on unkindeld or kindeld version of the armor piece it does shine. why is this happening and is it only me or is it happening to everyone thank you for reading
