Though it is getting harder to tell since anyone with a partially functioning brain can still post whatever they want online.

You have to remember that a large portion of the internet is also literal children. So you've got idiots, children, and trolls. Oh, and people who are too horny to think. And people who don't really think about what they post. There's also people who don't speak english primarily and might be unintentionally sounding dumb. So, all of those.
