hello if you got the same issue i had that 1 day you couldn't hear people talk, you couldn't talk or you couldn't send or resaeve texts. make a other bungie account and as for help ad bungie i got the answer that my birthday was not correct. you need to go to bungie help form type in search balk Contact Form: Data Privacy Requests then go down klik on submit request and fill in the form, you don't need to send a full pic of you ID card i send the part where you can see my name, birthday and country. bungie will fix it in no time. i hope this helps for many people have a good time [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate.
