I got my Ill Omen pattern today and crafted it with Cold Steel, but it isn't applying slow with the heavy attack. It applies slow with the light attack, and on other swords with cold steel, The Slammer and Zephyr, they apply slow on heavy attacks, so it seems like Cold Steel not applying slow on Ill Omen's heavy attack is a bug. I would really like for this to get fixed because I think a caster frame sword with cold steel will be really fun, if it works. I tested it on overload champions to double check that it isn't applying slow at all. It doesn't stun overloads with the heavy attack, and doesn't ever freeze anything. The light attack works, but the special thing about a caster frame is that it can be used from far away, so cold steel not working on the heavy attack makes it pretty pointless.
