Hello, I recently went flawless 7 wins in a row never trailing behind and upon my flawless win I was awarded the flight of the pigeon medal along with others and granted access to the lighthouse. I checked my emblem collection as I'd been trying to earn Dazzling Iridescence however it still shows Error Access Restricted a but allows me to collect it just not equip it.
