Currently, it's a flat cut for simply losing regardless of a mercy or close game. This feels awful, and means you can not truly have a good game on the losing side. I have a simple proposal;
[Losing Score / Winning Score = Percentage of Winning Score to pay out, Minimum 50%]
Winning teams get the same max amount of reputation. Losing teams get a percentage cut depending on team performance. It should incentivize all players to play well so they get a majority of the reputation points towards whatever vendor they're playing for and with a floor of 50% reputation gain, a mercy or similar result won't change much from the current economy.
