Ok to start off I’m completely aware that drops are rng based on destiny 2, that being said I’ve been farming seraph’s shield for 3 days straight for the ikelos shotgun and haven’t got 1 to drop and I’m doing 30 min solo runs averaging 20 to 25 runs a day. I don’t have the shotgun unlocked in my collections so I’m wondering if it’s bugged and wont drop? If so how do I contact someone to check into this? I’ve literally been waiting on this mission to come back in since I started playing again and saved up enough harmonic balancers to make it craftable and it wont drop. I had all ikelos weapons and a lot of exotic weapons unlocked on my account when I quit playing destiny for about 3 years but when I came back I had to unlock exotics and catalyst again for some reason. Secondly on seraphs shield quest when fighting haroktha and casting my super twilight arsenal on my titan the super will completely bypass the boss and track random adds even tho I’m aiming directly at the boss. If anyone from bungie can help or if someone can point me in the right direction being bungie doesn’t have a customer support email or phone number apparently id greatly appreciate it….
