5 답변Medium to medium-well. I don't like to hear the cow trying to get up off the plate and run back to the farm while I'm eating it.

1 답변Medium well. All this medium raw stuff was pushed by restaurants because customers would send back under-cooked steaks. By making rare a snob thing they eliminated that. That said; eat yours however you like.

2 답변I don’t even know 😭 my dad always makes it perfectly how I like it. I mean it’s not bloody or super pink so I guess like medium rare or something??

31 답변Oh, so I’m not good enough to be in your thread huh, is that it?! Well fine! I didn’t wamt to be a part of your dumb thread anyway! *Aifos runs away crying* *along the way he crashes into a grill, knocking it over, before continuing to run away, still in tears*

While I'm not a huge steak guy (obviously), I am a contrarian so I'll answer this post:
Medium rare is objectively correct.
Also Steak Tartar doesn't technically count as steak, but if it did I would say rare.

3 답변What is with everyone here! Medium, sure okay medium is fine but everyone saying medium! RARE! That's where all the flavor is!

4 답변I don’t care for steak, but like in burgers and such I don’t want any pink. The pink makes me anxious. I KNOW, I know it’s cooked and I’m fine…but what if it isn’t. And either way it tastes kinda weird with pink imo

4 답변I'm with Cobra, mid-rare. I used to rage inside when a customer at one of my tables would ask for anything more than medium and cringed the first time I heard the term "Pittsburgh Rare."
