It still gives x2 to an entire team. They nerfed Loreley and Sunspots in general because of resto x2. Now an exotic is out that gives everybody x2. It's flat out unfair. And Titans used to have something good that wasn't melee but they nerfed the hell outta HOIL. I think void Controller Demolition builds are slept on but they aren't what Arc HOIL was. I don't mind punching honestly. I love up close and personal builds in all games. Tends to be more fun when risk is involved. But Bungie just continuously nerfs Titan melee sooo

They nerfed loreleys when resto x2 made you invincible, and sunspots gave faster cooldowns on abilities and a damage buff. Getting a well of radiance that lasted forever if you sat in it for popping a barricade or getting weak is not fair. Wormgods let’s you 2 shot raid bosses… I can make similar arguments for all of the other “unfairly” nerfed titan exotics. Warlocks need to spec into the heavily nerfed resto x2, and even then it’s still too strong. Solar titan is still strong, as is strand. Not nearly as strong, but still some of the best PvE subclasses in the game. Titans were the strongest PvP class for way too long, so ta about time they’ve taken the backseat.

1 guy with Resto x2 and ability regen (avoiding Titan solar abilities is the easiest thing) or a team with restoration x2 and weapon surges because GUESS WHAT you get orbs. Warlocks have had the spotlight in PvE for like 5 years and Hunters cried nonstop when Titans had the spotlight for a year instead of them. When y'all get nerfed to -blam!- I'm gonna say the same stupid -blam!- you non Titan players say. "Deserved. You had your spotlight." -blam!- ignorant comment.

The resto 2x that loreleys had was much better, MUCH better, than that of resto x2 right now. They are not comparable. Like what I said earlier, the healing helmet on warlock is too strong (I’m agreeing with you), but that doesn’t mean the loreleys wasn’t broken. It was, arguably one of the most broken PvE exotics of all time. You are acting like titans are useless right now, they aren’t. Neither is loreleys, wormgods, synthos, hoil, or any of their other exotics. You can use them all and still be fine. Titans act like when their stuff isn’t insanely broken, then it just sucks and is useless. Such a stupid mindset. Apart from well, warlocks have NOT had the spotlight in PvE, titans have been absolutely busted for a long time, and they are still really good.

Look I don't think you understand what the issue really is. Yes we had things like Loreleys that were busted (so does every class). But now other classes get the same thing Titans got NERFED for. Melee? Hunters do it better now. Restoration x2? Warlocks spam it and let's everyone get their weapon surges. Yeah Resto x2 got nerfed. But Warlocks had it back then in abundance too (however I don't remember the timeline of the Resto x2 nerf so maybe Warlocks didn't get it in it's broken state). Literally y'all get things we were nerfed for. That's the problem Titans have right now. When Titans have any strength to them at all, people cry. It's actually hateful of other people. You say they're viable. Yet statistics and numerous people say otherwise. Even Bungie says Titan is pitiful. Also pretending that Warlock hasn't had the spotlight for like 6 years is a wild take. Do we really need to go down the list of reasons Solar Warlock is by far and away, the strongest class to ever exist? They have trivialized the game for years. WELL, Sunbracers, Starfire, and now Speakers. I want to say Dawn Chorus but it's never been as broken as the others. However, I use Dawn Chorus for everything on my Warlock and its dps numbers are very very strong. So yes Warlock's have had the spotlight. And melee numbers SHOULD be that high considering the immense risk you take getting close in higher end content. Strand Titan should have melee numbers like that. Solar Titan is viable but compared to Solar Warlock & Hunter? Stop with that nonsense. Loreley literally got the class neutered. Sunspots aren't nearly as strong as they used to be (not talking about resto x2). The damage is horrible now and the ability regen isn't the same. HOIL nerf literally murdered Arc Titan in PvE. It's literally a nonexistent class now. And Wormgod? I don't think I've seen another Titan running that in any fireteam I've been in for over a year.
