작성자: jhermannITJ 7/2/2024 2:21:36 AM"Anomalous matter" Literally could mean anything... Just not energy, not anti-matter/dark matter. That description is almost as ambiguous as you could be with the language. You could say "something"... in place of "Anomalous matter" which would be more nondescript, but not by much. "Nessus is undergoing a rapid metamorphosis....." That's specific. Metamorphism + "rapid"

Right, but in the context of the sentence, Anomalous doesn’t just mean “anything”. The Traveller is a Paracausal Being. It has the Light. It has also been infected with the Darkness, which is also a Paracausal power. So at this point, we have two paracausal force within the Traveler. We also see that along with there being two forces within the Traveler at this point, a massive Aurora is leaking out of the Traveler, containing both Light and Dark. So, can it not be assumed that this Anomalous Matter is also something of Paracausal Nature. Mind you, when we get to the Crater site, where it touched down on Nessus, we see the same Pink-Purple glow that makes up the Aurora around the Traveler, and much more than that, makes up Prismatic Energy. Furthermore, Siva would not have the same affect as this Anomalous Matter is having on the Vex. Siva is directly a causal creation. It does not have a Paracausal Source. It’s a bunch of Nanomachines Son. The Vex are perfect Causal Beings. They have Predictive Engines, and they do not change as a result. As such, Siva, another causal mechanism would have no effect upon the vex, and more importantly, could be contained easily. In other words, Based on what we have seen, heard, and is currently happening, Siva is clearly not what’s causing Nessus to change. It’s a Result of Paracausal Powers. Not Siva.

But to clarify, the revelation really isn't about
SiVA...
It's about the long needed and overdue overhaul to existing patrol spaces and a lore relevant path that could manifest those changes.... Possibly starting on the 16th. It might not be
SiVA.
The comet trail looks prismatic... certainly, but what it is? I'm just looking at the markers. And what in Destiny lore could account for it. That's my best guess for right now. We never met a
SiVA
uncorrupted have we? But to come your way, if whatever landed could affect the Vex... why couldn't
SiVA
tech be repurposed by another malevolent or benevolent force? So, it might be paracausal, despite the contradiction... borderline semantical, because the words are used interchangeably. And it might be
SiVA,
...it might be both. A great way to understand why the Fallen are involved linking the redux of Zero Hour and bringing
SiVA
...into a new era of the game. A component/character of the game... the fans and community have wanted for a long time. And making it more of an afterthought. Weaving it into the logic structure of what were the collapse mitigation protocols of the Echo program by the ICoV.

We know that the Anomalous matter that was released was an Echo from the little ViDoc Bungie did prior to the release of Echoes. We also know that Echoes is not going to be the conclusion on what Echoes are, as we still have Revenant and Hearsay. Simply put, I don’t think we are going to learn what an Echo is till much later, especially with how the Episodes are shaping up to be (when it comes to Structure) As for Siva being repurposed. We have seen that before, when Rise of Iron happened. The House of Devils, and more importantly, Devil Splicers got their hands on the primary replication chamber for Siva, and thus took control over it (limited as it may be). So yes, Benevolent and Malevolent forces can control Siva (as is its nature) but again, the Vex are a perfect Causal being due to their predictive engines. They cannot be defeated by regular means as they know the outcome of everything. Siva might be harder to predict due to the fact that it’s a bunch of Nanites meaning you have to predict the action of each individual nanite, but the Vex have Dyson Spheres and entire Planets turned Computers. The Vex have the capabilities to predict the actions of Siva, and by extent, its manipulation of any Causal being, including the Fallen. Now, in some Hypothetical scenario where there is one side of Regular Vex, and one Side of Siva Infused Vex, I believe that the Siva Vex would win, nine times out of ten, purely because Siva is capable of not only replication and creation, but also repurposing. They would act like the Flood, but instead of Biomass, it would be Technology and Vex Chassis. Of course, we then have to ask why have the Vex not already created their own Nanotechnology, but that may be due to some complication with the fact that the Vex are the Radiolarian. They are a Microbial Hive Mind, and Siva, or any Nano tech for that matter, might interfere with the lively hood of the individual Microbes. That’s speculation though, so take this entire paragraph with a grain of salt. Ultimately, my point boils down to the fact that while we may not Know what the specific Echo is, we do know it’s nature, and we do know how it’s affecting Nessus and the Vex, and thus, we can make educated guesses based on what we do know. Speculation like wondering if the Echo is Siva, is at a certain point, just Insincere. Possibility is not a Substitute for likelihood. If that were the case, anything possible would be just as likely. Everything would be random, and there could be no prediction, as equation would lack structure and value.

작성자: jhermannITJ 7/2/2024 5:39:15 AMWe already know what the echo program is. The collapse mitigation protocols. That's where the likelihood comes, the bridle around Saint's neck... is the symbol for the ICoV. The canidates for the conductor are
Maya Sundaresh or Praeydth.
That's where the likelihood comes from. That's my interpretation validated by the lore. The final VO of act 1. It's not important whatsoever if Saint is a copy or not. What matters is taking agency over the collapse that we only delayed by killing the Witness. We can't win, but it matters how we lose. Here's the next step... my theory. "The power to move worlds will soon be yours..." 2 of those statements must be true... I think 2 can be excluded... The Taken King rose again in the reprised raid. We know that's true. There has been no evidence supporting the Witness bringing Mars back... So, that is probably false. "Mercury, Titan, and Io are in my care". I don't think that's true either. "Control" maybe... but not "care". And why I think that is... last season we found out Osiris planted a Tree of Silver Wings on Io for Mara... that indicates for the Gardener. 2 seasons before that... we "liberated" Titan... was under siege by the hive, that we purged by "invocating the darkness"... Ahsa still seems messed up, Sloane is no where to seen. What I'm saying... is none of that is consistent with the statement above. Meaning, it's probably false. And if we are to become the
"Knife"
our job is to prune the garden. And we'll, insofacto, gain the power stated above. "The power to move worlds will soon be yours...". Our answer to the Gardener's Traveler will be a terraformed "Exo" planet... like Nessus. We need to take control of it. We'll have to take that power from the Conductor. Thank you for the considerate debate 😇 👍💠. It's really not about
SiVA.
I'm fine if I'm wrong about that. It was Ikora's VO that I quoted in the title that was my focus. I swear, but I couldn't find the reference... Bungie talked about an additional patrol zone. So, where is it. It might be whatever Nessus transforms into... that's what I'm thinking "rapid metamorphosis" might be indicating for. And I said
SiVA,
because it's the same faction of Fallen from the Zero Hour redux that's fighting us... Legion too... don't know why they are there. So maybe that's not consequential. 2. The only force we know in the game capable of terraforming is that AI. 3. AI is all the rage right now, not speaking to contemporary culture and technological innovation... in-game. Failsafe... but also the rug. Soteria. Mark it, she's going to be important soon. So, why not
SiVA
But it is a guess. I'm not ignoring the prismatic comet trail leading into the crater, that IS significant. You know what I'm also excited about? Ana Bray wanted to talk to Failsafe (I think that was in week 1), and we have an extra robot body specifically made to house an AI.
