I really enjoy Kamelot, they do concept albums. Such as The Black Halo. It's about Mphisto striking a bargain with God, that if he can corrupt a pure soul he will be allowed back in heaven And so he marches out it has in interludes built into the album. Although I may be wrong on what your asking for. They have another album: Epica which has intro outro songs

Wouldn't It Be Nice, by The Beach Boys is hands down the best opening track of all time. I cannot stress hard enough what a masterpiece of song writing this track is. Nikes from Blonde gets a shout out. Closers: Jesus is lord, Ye. Or (if only come to life was the final song on DONDA) Are we still friends by Tyler, the creator. Duckworth is incredible. Mirror is incredible. TBH mortal man is not as strong as a closer compared to his last two albums. New Person, Same Mistakes by Tame Impalais a strong contender as well. Crosseyed and Painless off the live album Stop Making Sense by talking heads is crazy as well. Ode to the Mets off of the strokes The New Abnormal is strong as hell as well. I also really like George & Janice on Say Sue Me's The Last Thing Left. Video Tape on In Rainbows is strong too. A Life in the Day of Benjamin Andre on The love below is insane as well. ASAP on New Jeans 2nd EP is also a strong closer. capping it off, Good Vibrations is supposed to be the closing song on the Smile Sessions by The Beach Boys.

1 답변RUNNING by NF. It’s the last song in HOPE. The main line is “I’m done running.” The dude’s got plenty of past to run from, but since Perception and The Search, he’s finally done running from it. He’s finally looking for hope.

2 답변DUCKWORTH is quite an incredible end, I’d say it’s a better end than BLOOD is a start. Mirror is a fantastic end as well, especially after how hard Auntie Diaries and Mother I Sober hit, then there also Mr Morale in there that I personally think is a little out of order but it’s also a break between the emotional bits so whatever.

작성자: Altmith 6/28/2024 7:29:58 PMI am quite partial to how Terrible Things tells a complete story through the whole album. But the beginning and the ending sandwich that melancholy story perfectly. Edit: not surprised to see this a more common name. So to clarify, the one from 2010.

2 답변작성자: WreckinBawl 6/28/2024 7:09:38 PMI'm a fan of the actual closeout track "Let Me Take You Home Tonight" on Boston's self-titled first album. In my head it's always told a story about a guy & girl early in the dating process, the go to a concert and the closing track states his wish/intention. Having said all of that, I'd really loved for the tracks to have shuffled around on the original album (Wax is where it's at, kids!) and, move the final two tracks, "Hitch a Ride" and "Let Me Take You Home Tonight" to close out side one, and use the no-fade version above of "Foreplay/Long Time" ( 👈 actual album version for comparison) to close out the entire album. . . . . Or I could take the easy way out, and the most correct, and say that the ending of the Beatles' album Revolver is the Everest of closeout tracks, but y'all knew that already. More is owed to "Tomorrow Never Knows" than most people can possibly imagine.

Two answers, both classics: 1. Jethro Tull's Part of the Machine to cap off Crest of a Knave. The whole album is a sociological critique and is meant to show the evils and hypocrisies of our modern world, but then he turns everything he meant on its head by posing the question "What is individuality?" "Can anyone be individual?" And essentially recontextualizing everything he has said. Also the flute sting is killer. 2. The Eagle's Doolin' Dalton/Desperado Reprise. Reprising both themes of the two central characters in the concept album, and further blurring the line between good and evil, it's a perfect narrative and emotional cap to the epic tale of their album Desperado.

작성자: Azura, Pronouns Haver 6/28/2024 3:58:53 AMPersonally, I have to go with the song Painkiller from the album Painkiller by Judas Priest. It’s an older album, released in the 90s, but it’s one of Judas Priest’s best albums imo, and it holds my favorite intro to an album. Also the intro to A7X The Stage. The beginning of the first track is an incredibly difficult tapping part, then backed by an insane double kick part, finally coming together as the rhythm and bass guitars come in.

작성자: C0LONEL MUSTANG 6/27/2024 6:50:00 PMIm stuck between choosing Octavarium by Dream Theater or The Stage by Avenged Sevenfold. Both have great opening and ending tracks. I might pick The Stage just because Neil deGrass Tyson has a spoken word section at the end of the final track, “Exist”. But the musical Easter eggs in Octavarium are insane too
When writing, the band delegated each song a different key. Sound effects were placed between songs to connect them: for example, "The Root of All Evil", written in F minor, and the following track, "The Answer Lies Within", written in G minor, were connected by a sound effect in the key of F♯ minor. The album's lyrics and song titles featured references to this concept. Portnoy cited the titles "The Root of all Evil" (referring to the musical term "root") and "Octavarium" ("the octave of the octave") as two examples of this.[11](Got this from Wikipedia :p)
