I purchased the recent seigebreak ornament bundle from the eververse on my hunter. then my titan. after purchasing on my titan I went and redeemed the box that goes to your inventory. after doing this i only received the titan ornaments and not the hunter ones. I'm down 1500 silver, the eververse bundle says "you already have purchased this item" and i can't just buy it again. it is not in my collections either. how to i redeem this because i've @'d them on twitter @ bungie help and they haven't responded. PLEASE HELP ME
