Not able to redeem items - Trials of Osiris
I reached level 17 on trials but was not able to redeem shayuras wrath weapon or ascendant shard. it acted like i had not reached the appropriate level....now i spent all weekend grinding for that weapon and don't have it. can you please investigate and send me that sweeeet smg!
