A friend Can't enable Voice and Text chat in-game
A Friend of mine can't enable Voice and Text chat, everytime he tries to enable it the settings goes instantly to off alone.
He can't communicate without anyone on Destiny, unless he uses some third party feature (like PlayStation parties or discord).
We tried everything and don't know how to fix this
