I can't find any information on how to resolve this outside of doing what I've already done. I was never prompted with a "enter your birthday" screen on ps5. My voice and chat were randomly disabled over a month ago, and despite submitting two support tickets verifying with my state ID, still no communication features. I'm 35 and have never been prompted at any point to enter a birthday anywhere. I do not have any children, nor any parental controls set on my ps5.
