A month ago I randomly lost access to chat and voice features in Destiny 2. I submitted my ID to bungie using a support ticket, and they verified a few days later. Still did not get communication features back. Verified again with another ticket, received the above response that my account is in fact an adult account. Still no chat or voice. This is very frustrating as I don't really like discord and prefer to use in game communication with others. Anyone else verify and still not get comms back? What am I supposed to do. They said it's not related to my birthday, then what the hell is it related to? I haven't been reported or banned so it's not that.
