1 답변Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. In this case, I'm afraid it's not possible to disable cross-save without access to the Xbox account. We're also unable to apply a temporary restriction to the account. Please be sure to protect your accounts and passwords to prevent unauthorized access in the future.

7 답변Hey there, the 'new Bungie account' method only works if you disable cross-save first, and if you can't authenticate all the accounts, then you can't cancel cross save and so would be unable to move your Steam account in the way you're thinking.
