If you don't claim them, do you lose them, including the rewards? I have a habit of just ignoring the triumphs page. It's just like discord notifications. Every time you do something it pops up to give you a notification... I frankly just ignore them until I check some of them every so often (not that I even care if I lose the rewards frankly)
