Can't get ascendant shard from Saladin
Hi! I just reached rank 16 in iron banner and got my emblem. I even collected previous rewards and some reason I can't get the Ascendant shard to reset my rank. It just says "Requires rank 16 completed" which I've done. I honestly feel ripped off.
