I wanted to try again to bring attention to a bug that has been in the game for nearly a year now. After going Flawless and obtaining the glow that comes with your success, it appears that the glow only shows up for onlookers on select gear. More specifically, week after week, my friends tell me they can't see the glow on my ship (Hushed Syrinx), sparrow, or ghost (of the same set). Yet, they do see the glow on my armor. Additionally, after I've gone Flawless, I see everyone else's Trials gear glowing even if they haven't been to the Lighthouse recently. More specifically, the ghost, sparrows, and ships of other Trials players will glow on my screen even when they haven't "earned" the glow in the last few weeks. This seems to happen only after I've gone to the Lighthouse. I would like to be able to show off my Trials glow through my ship, sparrow, ghost, and/or armor as well. It's an odd bug for sure, but I'm confident that many of us would appreciate a fix. Destiny is very much a - show your accolades - style game. So please do us this service, Bungie.
