My Cross Save was not fixed after buying Silver to resolve the issue on the Xbox platform because of a "Refund" that never happened. Still paid the 20 dollars to get my Xbox Characters back but it still hasn't transferred. Please fix since I put many hours into them and they are not deleted, just not moving to steam for some reason.
