Borealis update idea
Borealis upon breaking a shield ignites, jolts or makes targets volatile on its shots before reloading. Would this work and would it be too strong?

I say just give it and the other element swapping weapons anti-champ perks basically. Solar for Unstoppable by causing the Ignition, Jolt for Overload, and Volatile for Barrier champs. To balance in a way, Borealis needs a crit or shield break, Hardlight needs a few hits to triggler (the barrier damage doesn't need that in order to break that shield) and Dead Messanger needs to just hit since it has to deal with ammo.
