Can't access the Spire of the watcher key
I own the witch queen expantion pack and it will not let me access the dungeon so I can't play whit my family please fix my problem.

You used to be able to get it as part of the deluxe edition, when that was available; however since Lightfall's release, the Witch Queen deluxe edition was removed from platform stores. As of that point, the only way to get the key is by a separate purchase, from Eververse.
