I have purchased 30*3500 silver (total 105,000) on March 4, however I only received 24,500 (which is only 7 out of 30 in game. And I tried to purchase another 3500 silver on March 6, and I cannot receive it as well. So currently there are 84,000 silver missing from Bungie. Meanwhile, I am not able to make further purchase because I cannot receive any silver in game. I have checked with EPIC, and they confirmed 31 transactions were went through successfully from their end and cannot be refunded. I don't know the reason why I am not able to receive silver purchase. Hence I submitted the request through Help Center and the responses are same. I believe no one from Bungie really took a look of my Help Request and just pasted same standard answers to reply. The issue has not been resolved for almost two weeks, I think I need to talk with some real person from Bungie for this issue.
