Destiny 2 is fully online with no reported issues at the current time. I'm on Xbox and playing Destiny 2 right now with no issues whatsoever. Whatever issue is currently happening is clearly outside of Bungie's domain since only a small number of players are having issues. My guess is either platform services are having issues or there is an issue with ISP datacentres which is causing issues for a select number of players. Destiny 2 itself is fully online with no issues. Destiny 2 is not played on servers. We all log into the same service, so if there were issues with the game everyone would be affected.
