You, as the instigator, trying to take a high road is also cute. We have a good community here, and we're protective of it and its spirit. If someone or something disrupts it, we will intervene with the tools provided to us. We were never impolite, we tried talking to you about the issues, you weren't interested in hearing us out, instead choosing to give us attitude and as a result were let go. I'm sorry you didn't like this, and I'm sorry you are this petty. All this conversation has proven is we made the right decision. We do not need this kind of energy in our clan. When multiple people complain to the leadership about your attitude and behavior, we as bad leaders listen to our community, and make the bad leadership decision to resolve the situation by removing the problem from the equation. Maybe start your own clan, so you don't need to worry about other bad leaders? Or, you know, internalize feedback without lip. We were polite, we were courteous, we reached out privately, and you give us the finger. This is what happens. Deal with it.

You didn't even acknowledge the other 2 cons that could be real deal breakers for people. 1. High turnover. 2. Not enough schedule activities.
