Make menu traction a setting.
Title. Hate moving through the menu slow. Especially when swapping mods.

Its a pain! I play with controller on PC, and often have to swap to the mouse to navigate menus if I want to do it this year. The friction on certain objects slows down movement to a crawl. Would definitely like to have some options for UI navigation, but knowing Bungie, they will add that and break something else.
