I've been reading around and I see that name changes are only allowed once, which is understandable. However, I haven't used mine but I'm getting the error that I have. I haven't played the game since 2017, and when I logged in through Steam it said I needed to link my accounts. When doing this it gave me the default "Guardian###" name. Looking through the help pages it says I should be able to change this name through the website here but I'm not able to do so. I'm not sure how to go about getting assistance to see if this is a bug or if I've just been screwed out of my one name change and ability to use my actual username for this game? Is there an actual way to contact the support team for them to glance at this?
