Companion app connection authentication error
I am trying to sign into the companion app, but when I click on my console to do so it says authentication error, and to go sign into Xbox live and sign into my account or update the terms of service. I did that, everything is up to date, and I’m able to sign into my bungie account on a browser, as well as my Xbox account, but the app still says authentication error. I tried clearing the app cache, resetting the settings, and deleting and redownloading the app and nothing is working. How am I supposed to sign into the app?

Hello. Looking online at the Microsoft forums, someone said there was an age restriction on their account and removing it worked. If you have any kind of restrictions on your account, try to remove it and see what happens. And if you get the error message regarding the terms of service or anything else, try to follow that error message and try to see what happens afterwards.
