3 답변Making bows special weapons straight up neuters if not kills their usefulness in PvP and would destroy them in PvE (because let’s be real Bungie are useless at separating the two) They’d basically become worse snipers. You’d have to give them a lot more ammo than snipers to make them worth using and at that point it wouldn’t change much in terms of PvP. Not too mention lightweight bows, would become COMPLETELY irrelevant. Bows are fine, they’re strong but they get destroyed by SMG’s and Auto’s in close range and snipers still beat them at long range due to being a clean 1 tap with a head shot. They require minimum 2 shots to kill and their draw time gives a chance for you to get to cover and heal. If your caught in the open away from any cover, then that’s not on bows as literally any gun will melt you if your just out in the open and someone gets the drop on you. In my opinion Buffing scout rifles would actually help curb the influence of bows as they’re the other primary long range weapon, if they were a little stronger they’d be an easy potential counter to bows in long range fights, which is the only area that bows are really top dog. Because Scouts just aren’t quite holding a candle to bows. But the draw time on bows also means if you’re at medium to close range then if you whiff a single shot you straight up lose the engagement. Even at long range if you whiff a scout can drop you quickly. But if they need to be nerfed then maybe just adjust the aim assist or something, to require them to be a bit more “precision” based a little like snipers. Because as they are it is a little easy to land headshots with them.

Bows are really fine. I use bows all the time and I believe they are good, but not op or too much damage. As far as bow only, the ttk is horrible and I get outgunned all the time. The draw time with the fire rate keeps them in check. Plus you have to be super accurate and hit your shots. If you miss once you're done for. No new player can switch to bow and just do good. They're high skill weapons. I agree the swap speed or a swap delay should be put in place to keep players from hitting you and instantly swapping to something else for an insta kill. If bows were made a three shot they would just be unusable...
