I've been collecting dawning boxes (A Gift in Return) on warlock for like a week or so and I had I think 7 or 8, and then I made 2 new characters and lost my cookies, dawning essences and boxes when I logged back into my warlock. Don't know why there's nowhere in game or elsewhere on the forums to submit a bug report but idk where my items went.
